NAL 51E is a late production Austin Healey 3000 MKIII convertible that was built in January 1967 and was exported to North America. Build specification was as a left hand drive car with extras including an adjustable steering column, wire wheels, overdrive, heater, laminated windscreen and road speed tyres. The car is supplied with a heritage certificate of authenticity.
Finished in the ever popular Ice Blue paint colour with Navy interior, the car is a very clean, well restored example with good panel fit and attention to detail throughout. The car drives very well and is mechanically strong with excellent oil pressure and running temperature.
The car runs very well and has just been set up on the Rwles Motorsport Ltd rolling road - The compresion on all 6 cylinders is good between 160 psi and 165 psi. This is a GT cruiser for long distance with performance when demnded.
