3 times cancer survivor, Claire Horner, and her husband Dennis, whose first wife and mother both died of cancer at a tragically young age, have been inspired by their cancer journeys to launch a £1,000,000 challenge starting with their first event in support of 4 amazing charities;

Together with their 4 year old son, Jack and two dogs, the Horner Family will be setting off from Richmond Park on Friday, 6th  August. They plan to travel over 2,500 miles, circumnavigating England, Scotland and Wales in an iconic gold 1967 Austin Healey 3000 classic British car. Only a handful were produced in this colour, and it is believed that less than 5 gold “Big Healeys” currently remain in the UK. Mainly travelling around the coast, they will be placing 4 different coloured ribbons (see below) representing their chosen charities at various significant locations around the UK.

Blue for Bowel Cancer UK

Yellow for Niall Mellon Township Trust

Purple for Canine Partners

Red for Help for Heroes

Please, please give your support and backing to this exciting fundraising endeavour.
